The holiday of Thanksgiving is well known for its feasting. The celebration of Thanksgiving is said to be incomplete without Thanksgiving Dinner.
The centerpiece of contemporary Thanksgiving in the United States and Canada is a large meal, generally centered around a large roasted turkey.
The other Cuisine made on Thanksgiving day include Cranberry sauce, Mashed potatoes, Pumpkin pie, Yams, Corns, etc.
This poem is dedicated to all Thanksgiving Dinner.
A Thanksgiving Dinner Thanksgiving Poems :
Take a turkey, stuff it fat,
Some of this and some of that.
Get some turnips, peel them well.
Cook a big squash in its shell.
Now potatoes, big and white,
Mash till they are soft and light.
Cranberries, so tart and sweet,
With the turkey we must eat.
Pickles-yes-and then, oh my!
For a dessert a pumpkin pie,
Golden brown and spicy sweet.
What a fine Thanksgiving treat!
